Coating
A niche service offered by our company is coating. It lets us sample the colors selected by the client allowing us to mix different shades and create unique colors in their own style, or reproduce colors while maintaining existing shades.
Our accurate painting processes are carried out with manual preparation of precision and finishing by means of state-of-the-art machinery performed at the thermo-pressurized booth to ensure perfect drying for every single product.
In the maintenance phases the coating process takes place in four coats: one of insulating, two of primer and one of finishing, using special high resistance water-based paints of the latest generation with reinforced polymers.
